Full-Stack Engineers

React, Node.js, Python. You'll work across the stack, own entire features end-to-end, and help shape the technical foundations of a product that businesses rely on. Experience with AI integrations is a bonus, but curiosity matters more.

AI / ML Engineers

LLMs, NLP, conversational AI. You'll work directly on the intelligence layer — fine-tuning, prompting, evaluating, and building the pipelines that make Supersei's AI actually reliable in production. If you've moved beyond tutorials and built real AI systems, we want to talk.

Product Designers

UI/UX. You'll shape how users experience AI — which means making complex, powerful capabilities feel simple and obvious. We want designers who think in systems, sweat the details, and aren't afraid to push back when something isn't right.

Growth & Marketing

You'll help us find and connect with the businesses that need Supersei most. Whether that's content, SEO, campaigns, or partnerships — we're looking for people who think creatively, move quickly, and measure everything.
