AI and calling run on Sei Credits. One credit costs ₹1 (excluding GST). Growth and Scale include a monthly allowance for every seat, and you only pay for what you use beyond it.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 30 days free with every feature, no limit on users or leads, and 2,000 free credits. No credit card needed.
Is pricing per user?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Scale are priced per seat, per month. You pick the number of seats at checkout and can add more later. Enterprise is priced per contract.
What is the difference between annual and quarterly billing?
Annual plans are billed once a year at the listed rate. Quarterly plans are billed every three months and cost 20% more per seat. During the current limited-time offer, quarterly plans get annual pricing.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices exclude GST, and 18% GST is added at checkout. Add your GSTIN at checkout to get a GST invoice you can claim input credit on.
What are Sei Credits?
Sei Credits pay for AI and calling usage: AI replies, AI actions, the AI voice agent, call transcription and telephony. One credit costs ₹1 excluding GST. Growth and Scale include a monthly allowance per seat, and you can top up from 500 credits or turn on auto-recharge.
How do volume discounts work?
On Growth and Scale, the per-seat rate drops at 25 seats and again at 50 seats, and the lower rate applies to every seat on the plan. Checkout applies it automatically.
Is WhatsApp included?
Yes. Every plan includes a WhatsApp Business API inbox. Meta conversation charges apply.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.
What does Enterprise include?
Everything in Scale, plus full white-label with a custom subdomain, SSO / SAML, custom dashboards and data controls, a dedicated customer success manager with an SLA, and the public API with signed webhooks. Talk to sales for a quote.
