Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the owners of the site. Cookies allow a website to recognise your device and remember information about your visit — such as your preferred language, your login status, or items you have added to a basket.
In addition to traditional cookies, we use similar tracking technologies including:
- Pixel tags / web beacons — tiny invisible images embedded in web pages or emails that signal when content has been viewed.
- Local storage & session storage — browser-side key/value stores that persist information without an expiry date (local) or only for the duration of a tab session (session).
- SDKs and server-side event APIs — code libraries from advertising platforms (such as Meta Conversions API and Google Enhanced Conversions) that send event signals directly from our servers to the relevant platform, supplementing or replacing browser-based pixels.
Throughout this policy the word "cookies" refers to all of these technologies collectively unless we say otherwise.
2. How We Use Cookies
Supersei Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Supersei", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies on supersei.ai and our associated sub-domains for the following broad purposes:
- To operate and secure the site — keeping you logged in, preventing cross-site request forgery, and protecting against fraud.
- To remember your preferences — saving your language choice, cookie consent decision, and UI settings so you do not have to repeat them on every visit.
- To analyse site usage — understanding which pages are most visited, how long visitors stay, where they come from, and which features they engage with, so we can improve the product and the marketing site.
- To deliver and measure advertising — attributing enquiries and sign-ups to the specific ad campaigns that generated them, building audiences for retargeting, and sharing verified conversion events with Meta and Google so their algorithms can find more buyers likely to benefit from Supersei.
Where processing is based on your consent (all analytics and marketing/advertising cookies), we collect and process that data only after you have given a freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous opt-in via our consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time; see Section 5 for instructions.
Strictly necessary cookies are deployed on a legitimate-interest / contractual-necessity basis and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on supersei.ai are set by third-party service providers that we use. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies and their own mechanisms for managing consent. We do not control these third-party cookies. We provide links to their policies below so you can understand how they use your data and exercise your rights directly with them.
| Provider | Service | Data Transferred To | Privacy & Cookie Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Audience Network | USA (Standard Contractual Clauses) | Meta Privacy Policy |
| Google LLC | Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, DoubleClick | USA (Standard Contractual Clauses) | Google Privacy Policy |
| LinkedIn Corporation | LinkedIn Insight Tag, LinkedIn Ads | USA (Standard Contractual Clauses) | LinkedIn Privacy Policy |
| Mixpanel Inc. | Product analytics, funnel tracking | USA (Standard Contractual Clauses) | Mixpanel Privacy Policy |
Where any of these providers process personal data from visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the transfers are governed by the European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under applicable data protection law.
4.1 Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel — a piece of JavaScript code — to track visitor actions on our site (page views, form submissions, demo bookings, and payment completions) and report them to Meta Ads Manager. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build Custom Audiences for retargeting, and optimise Meta ad delivery. Where you have consented, the pixel sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies described above. Additionally, for confirmed leads and customers, we use the Meta Conversions API to send hashed conversion data (hashed email address, hashed phone number) directly from our servers to Meta.
You can opt out of Meta's use of cookies for advertising via the Meta Ad Preferences page.
4.2 Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised, aggregated data about site traffic and user behaviour. GA4 uses cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_<id>) to distinguish users and sessions. We have enabled IP anonymisation and disabled data sharing with other Google products. We also use Google Ads and the Google Ads conversion linker (_gcl_au) to measure the return on our Google Search and Display campaigns, linking ad clicks to confirmed conversions on our site.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage Google ad personalisation via Google Ad Settings.
4.3 LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions from LinkedIn Ads, build retargeting audiences, and gain analytics about the professional profile of our site visitors. The Insight Tag sets cookies including li_fat_id, UserMatchHistory, and bcookie on your device where you have given consent. LinkedIn will not share this data with third parties or use it to target advertising on non-LinkedIn sites.
You can opt out of LinkedIn's retargeting via LinkedIn Guest Controls.
5. How to Manage Cookies
You have several options for controlling cookies. Please note that restricting cookies may affect the functionality of supersei.ai and our platform.
5.1 Our Consent Banner
When you first visit supersei.ai, a consent banner is displayed. You can use it to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences by category (Analytics, Marketing). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page on supersei.ai. Your choice is stored in the sei_consent cookie for 12 months.
5.2 Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or warn you before cookies are placed. Instructions for the most common browsers are linked below:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari (macOS)
- Apple Safari (iOS)
- Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer
5.3 Platform-Level Opt-Outs
You can opt out of interest-based advertising or analytics from individual providers using the links below. These opt-outs operate independently of our consent banner:
- Meta (Facebook): Meta Ad Preferences — controls ads on Facebook and Instagram and third-party sites in the Audience Network.
- Google Analytics: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads: Google Ad Settings — controls personalisation on Google Search, YouTube, and Display Network.
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn Retargeting Opt-out.
- Mixpanel: Mixpanel Opt-out Page.
- Network-wide advertising opt-outs: Your Online Choices (EU) or Digital Advertising Alliance (US).
5.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. At present there is no industry-agreed standard for responding to DNT signals, and our site does not currently alter its behaviour in response to a DNT signal. We will update this section if a consensus standard is adopted.
6. Impact of Disabling Cookies
If you choose to restrict or disable certain cookies, please be aware of the following effects:
- Strictly Necessary cookies disabled: You will not be able to log in to the Supersei platform. The site will not function correctly. We cannot technically support the site without these cookies, and they cannot be turned off.
- Functional cookies disabled: Some preferences (language, UI layout, onboarding progress) will not be saved between sessions. You may need to reconfigure your preferences each time you visit.
- Analytics cookies disabled: We will not be able to measure site performance or user behaviour. This does not affect your experience directly, but it limits our ability to improve the site for all users.
- Marketing / Advertising cookies disabled: You will still see advertisements for Supersei on other platforms, but they will be less relevant to your interests and previous interactions with our site. We will also lose the ability to attribute conversions to our campaigns accurately. This may affect the decisions we make about where to invest our marketing budget.
Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we carried out based on consent before the withdrawal. It also will not affect processing that occurs on a different legal basis (for example, processing your name and email address to fulfil a contract when you sign up for the Supersei platform).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, or changes to the services we offer. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Display a prominent notice on supersei.ai or send you an email notification if you have an account with us.
- Where required by applicable law (for example, where a change affects the legal basis for processing), ask for your fresh consent before placing the new cookies.
We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies. Your continued use of supersei.ai after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
Previous versions of this policy are available on request by emailing privacy@supersei.ai.
