What Supersei is
Supersei is an AI-powered CRM and sales platform operated by Supersei Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It helps small and medium-sized businesses capture leads from every channel, reply to and follow up with customers automatically, book meetings, and collect payments — all from a single workspace. Sales and marketing teams use Supersei to make sure no customer enquiry is missed and every deal is followed through.

- Capture leads in one place — enquiries from your website, live chat, WhatsApp, and Facebook & Google ad campaigns flow into a single contact list, each with its full activity history.
- Reply and follow up automatically — an AI sales assistant answers visitors on web chat, WhatsApp, and email, and schedules timely follow-ups so warm leads are never forgotten.
- Book meetings and demos — when a customer is ready to talk, Supersei schedules the meeting on your calendar and shares a video-call link automatically.
- Collect payments and measure ROI — send payment links, track what has been paid, and see exactly which ad campaigns turned into revenue.
How Supersei uses your Google account
Supersei connects to Google services only after you sign in with Google and explicitly grant permission on Google's consent screen. These connections are optional, are used solely to provide the features you enable, and can be disconnected at any time from your Supersei settings or your Google Account.
- Gmail — Supersei sends sales emails and follow-ups from your connected Gmail address and reads incoming replies so it can match them to the right customer record, giving your team one shared view of each conversation.
- Google Calendar & Google Meet — Supersei creates and updates calendar events when a meeting or demo is booked, and attaches a Google Meet video link automatically.
- Google Ads — Supersei imports leads generated by your ad campaigns and reports which campaigns produced leads and revenue.
Supersei's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalised AI models, and we do not allow humans to read it except where required for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.
Your data and privacy
You stay in control of your data. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time, and disconnecting a Google integration immediately stops all further access. For full details on what we collect and how we use, store, and protect it, see:
